Project Engineer, I

Role Description: The Project Engineer I position requires no previous work experience but requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering. As such a PE-I is early in their career with broad theoretical knowledge of mechanical engineering (i.e. they are not specialists. A PE-I undertakes tasks that are of limited scope and complexity, such as minor parts of a broader engineering problem.

Job Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

• Reports to the Senior Project Manager or PM-II
• Attends meetings/calls with the Senior Project Manager or PM-II
• Coordinating with Project Managers and operations team
• Assist project manager to ensure there are backgrounds and other critical information required to start project setup and calculations
• Setting up CAD or REVIT drawings
• Updating backgrounds when new floor plans come in and coordinate all revisions with Project Manager
• Take on fundamental project designs working closely with project manager
• No external communication with clients

• Learn and uphold our values
• Including all responsibilities of Drafter
