Role Description: The Project Manager I will provide project management, leadership and coordina9on for projects or project work streams with minimal assistance from PM II or Sr. PM. They are responsible for overall project scope, schedule, cost and risk management. They will independently manage project quality, 9meliness, and safety as well as developing and improving customer rela9onships by providing excellent service. Strong communica9on skills are necessary as you will be interac9ng with staff at all levels, clients, vendors and partners alike.
The Project Manager I must remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, efficient, and confident with a high level of integrity and confidentiality while taking projects end to end.
Job Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Senior Project Manager or PM-II
• Attends meetings/calls with the Senior Project Manager or PM-II
• Attends site visits
• Create as-builts of existing conditions
• Review scope of work within the proposal
• Coordinate the design strategy with Sr. PM or PM II
• Coordinate schedule with design team
• Set internal and external dates for the duration of the design
• Coordinate the design schedule and strategy
• Manage calculations and design
• Determine sequence of operations
• Verify and create notes for equipment selections
• Initial design review
• Assist project manager to ensure there are backgrounds and other critical information required to start project setup and calculations
• Write add service to be reviewed and approved by Project Manager II or Sr. PM
